1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Privacy Policy of the Online Store www.liquidharmony.bio is informational in nature, which means it is not a source of obligations for Online Store Customers.

The controller of personal data collected through the Online Store www.liquidharmony.bio is EcoWay sp. z o.o., ul. Dyrekcyjna 1/142, 50-528 Wrocław, Tax ID (NIP) 899-302-73-26, REGON 541978735, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller" and simultaneously being the Seller. Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) (hereinafter referred to as: Personal Data Protection Act) and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219 as amended), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016).

The security of the Customer's personal data is our priority. Therefore, we pay due attention to their protection. The Controller, through exercising particular care, ensures the protection of the interests of persons whose data concerns, and in particular ensures that the data collected by it is processed in accordance with the law and collected for specified, lawful purposes; it also ensures that data is not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling identification of persons they concern, no longer than is necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
2. PURPOSES AND TIME OF PROCESSING AND DATA RECIPIENTS

In order to conclude and then perform the concluded contract, we collect Customer data, however each time the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Controller result from actions taken by the Customer in the Online Store.

Personal data of Customers of the Online Store www.liquidharmony.bio may be collected and processed by the Controller for the following purposes:
2.1. Concluding and performing the contract – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of their processing for concluding and during the duration of the contract, including until the expiry of time limits for pursuing claims,
2.2. Considering complaints and claims – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of their processing for one year after the expiry of warranty or settlement of complaints,
2.3. Pursuing claims related to the concluded contract – the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of their processing, where the legally justified purpose is debt collection, until the final conclusion of proceedings including enforcement proceedings,
2.4. Archiving accounting documents until the expiry of the tax obligation limitation period,
2.5. Conducting marketing activities for own goods using electronic communication means, with the Customer's prior consent to such activities, until withdrawal of consent to such activities or filing an objection, whichever occurs first.

We may transfer data to recipients conducting postal or courier activities, banks, in case of necessity to conduct settlements, state authorities or other entities authorized under legal provisions and entities supporting us in our business activities on our behalf, in particular external system providers supporting our activities, accounting and legal services, and authorized employees.

The Controller may process the following personal data of Customers using the Online Store www.liquidharmony.bio: name and surname, email address, contact phone number, IP address, delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), residential/business/registered address (if different from delivery address), data arising in connection with the concluded contract: purchased products, Customer segment, order value. In the case of Customers who are not consumers, the Controller may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) and REGON of the Customer.
3. VOLUNTARY PROVISION OF DATA AND RIGHTS REGARDING PROCESSED DATA

Every person whose data concerns has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal (if such processing is based on consent), to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing data is necessary for concluding and performing contracts, settling business activities, providing answers to submitted requests, considering complaints and claims. In other respects, including for marketing purposes, providing data is voluntary.
4. COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA

We use cookies in such a way that we observe and analyze traffic on our websites as well as undertake marketing activities so that our offer is adapted to the Customer's needs, interesting and user-friendly.

The Controller, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, may process data contained in cookies during the use of the Online Store website for the following purposes:
• identifying Customers as logged into the Online Store • remembering goods added to the cart for placing an order • remembering data from the Order Form or login data to the Online Store • adapting the content of the Online Store website to individual Customer preferences and optimizing the use of Online Store pages • conducting anonymous statistics showing how the Online Store website is used

The Controller also processes anonymized operational data related to the use of the Online Store (IP address, domain) to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. This data is collective and anonymous, i.e., does not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. This data is not disclosed to third parties.
5. RIGHT OF CONTROL, ACCESS TO THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA AND THEIR CORRECTION

The Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct it.

Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the Controller's data collection, and in particular the right to: demand completion, updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or were collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for achieving the purpose for which they were collected.

In case the Service Recipient or Customer gives consent for data processing for marketing purposes for the Controller's own goods, the consent may be withdrawn at any time.

In case the Controller intends to process or processes Customer data for direct marketing of the Controller's own goods, the person whose data concerns is also entitled to (1) submit a written, reasoned request to cease processing their data due to their particular situation or (2) object to the processing of their data.

In order to exercise the rights mentioned above, you can contact the Controller by sending an appropriate message in writing to the Controller's registered address or by email to the Controller's email address office@liquidharmony.bio.

It is possible to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Controller applies technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of processed personal data appropriate to threats and categories of data under protection, and in particular secures data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, taking by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and change, loss, damage or destruction.

The Controller applies appropriate technical measures preventing acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data transmitted electronically, including: SSL Certificate.
